As a new shaman i think one of the best enchansment speccs in pve i saw.
This is my opinion anyways im nab shaman.there is completely difference between speccs and how to play.
But seems nice specc

Ofc some times it depends about what raid u got-what boss-what GM wants u for and staff like that.
But seems good specc for the reason that u buffin enough your group and u gain nice hit rating

After patch 2.3 spirit weapons talents will decrease threat by 30% ....so he will be perfect for raids without agro everthing
