How to be a good lead in raids ? Put here your raids tehniqu

Hey guildmates ...i`m really not good lead..i always wipe the raid 
) ....just kidding ...but i want learn how to lead better....i know to lead in procent of let`s say 40% ?so now u will tell that ... Look anothers lead job and copy/paste them ) but is not really simple... they are some raids addons or something ...Plzz post what u can about to be a god leadie ! NO NOOB LEAD ) NOT A RAID WIPER
